Welcome to Main-Tain. By creating an account or using our app and website at main-tain.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Main-Tain provides a subscription-based mobile application and web platform for tracking home and vehicle maintenance records. Access to the full service requires a paid subscription.

Account Registration

To use Main-Tain you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Main-Tain is offered on a monthly subscription basis
• Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice

Your Data

You own the maintenance records and data you enter into Main-Tain. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.

Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. We recommend exporting your records before deleting your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Main-Tain for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service in a way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

Disclaimers

Main-Tain is a record-keeping tool. We do not provide professional maintenance advice. Always consult qualified professionals for home repair and vehicle service decisions.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Main-Tain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the app. Continued use of Main-Tain after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
